Bruno Genari has been involved in the art of construction for most of his life. While working in construction he obtained an associate's degree in construction management and a bachelor's in architecture. Genari has designed and managed interior apartment conversions, ADA design, structural and non-structural wall removal, historic façade preservation, and fire prevention. Genari has acted as owner’s representative on several projects, including contractor’s due diligence, budget analysis, change order review and negotiations, critical path method scheduling. 
-21 years in the construction industry, involving deep excavations, contaminated soils, underpinning & pile foundations, carpentry, steel framing, curtain walls,  masonry, and reinforced concrete
- 10 years as a city inspector working under city agencies such as the Department of Environmental Protection, DASNY, Department of Design & Construction, and NYC School Construction Authority. 

A current member of NCARB "National Council of Architectural Registration Board.

CMAA "Construction Management Association of America. 

Brian joins Vatican Group as an, registered Architect in the state of New York. He is a also a member of the American Institute of Architects and National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Since 2002.. Brian's skill is an asset for Vatican Group he has done professional custom high-end kitchen design.  He worked for developers aiding in the design work of high-rise residential buildings throughout Manhattan. He also worked on the rehabilitation of Old and New-Law Tenement buildings during New York’s revitalization period of underappreciated neighborhoods such as Harlem and Washington Heights in the mid-2000s. Since that time, he has functioned in roles such as designer, expediter, consultant, construction administrator and can perform zoning and programming analysis for a variety of job types and site locations. As recently as post-Superstorm Sandy, he is involved with a team of professionals with the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development in ensuring the quality of both architectural design and construction during the rebuilding efforts of hundreds of single-family homes throughout Queens, Brooklyn, and in Staten Island.
