Bruno Genari combines hands-on construction expertise with architectural design mastery. With an Associate’s in Construction Management and a Bachelor’s in Architecture, he bridges the gap between concept, technical execution, and regulatory compliance.

Over 25 years in construction and 10 years as a city inspector, Bruno has managed interior apartment conversions, ADA-compliant spaces, historic façade preservation, deep excavations, steel framing, masonry, reinforced concrete, and more. He has also served as Owner’s Representative, overseeing budgets, contractor due diligence, and project scheduling.

Bruno holds multiple professional credentials, including Registered Architect (RA) in New York State, NYC Licensed Construction Superintendent, NYC DOB Site Safety Manager, Construction OSHA Outreach Instructor, Class 2 Code & Zoning Representative, and Licensed Construction Fire Safety Manager, and is an active member of NCARB and CMAA.

Brian joins Vatican Group as a licensed architect in New York State and is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). Since 2002, Brian has brought exceptional design and technical expertise to a wide range of projects, making him a valuable asset to Vatican Group.

Custom high-end kitchen design and interior renovations

Design work for high-rise residential developments throughout Manhattan

Rehabilitation of Old and New-Law Tenement buildings in historically underappreciated neighborhoods such as Harlem and Washington Heights during New York’s revitalization period in the mid-2000s

Post-Superstorm Sandy rebuilding efforts, collaborating with the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development to ensure the quality of architectural design and construction for hundreds of single-family homes across Queens, Brooklyn, and Staten Island

Over the years, Brian has served in multiple roles—including designer, expediter, consultant, and construction administrator—and is skilled in zoning and programming analysis for diverse project types and site locations.

As a licensed architect, Brian is committed to advocating for the client’s best interests, ensuring that every project is both legally feasible and aligned with the client’s goals. He takes pride in delivering thoughtful, practical, and high-quality design solutions to those who seek them.

Paula joins Vatican Group with a wealth of talent and a unique set of skills in architectural design and visualization. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Design from CEUB – Central University of Brasília, and brings a strong technical and creative background to every project she undertakes.

Paula is highly proficient in rendering and visualization, and is a certified Revit user with expert-level skills in AutoCAD, Lumion, and SketchUp. Her expertise allows her to transform complex design concepts into visually compelling, photorealistic representations that help clients fully understand and experience their projects before construction begins.

Throughout her career, Paula has successfully delivered numerous international projects, with a particular focus on high-end outdoor spaces and landscape-integrated designs. Her work demonstrates an exceptional attention to detail, innovative use of materials, and the ability to blend functionality with aesthetic appeal.

In addition to her technical abilities, Paula brings a global design perspective, having collaborated with teams across multiple countries, understanding diverse architectural styles, building codes, and cultural contexts. She is passionate about creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional, and is dedicated to helping clients realize their vision with precision and creativity.
